Terms of Service for Notaviumaris

Welcome to Notaviumaris, provider of enterprise legal services. By accessing notaviumaris.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

We offer a range of legal services to corporate clients including advisory, contract review, and representation. Each service engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement.

2. Informational Products

Notaviumaris offers digital guides and tutorials on legal topics. Use of these products is subject to these terms.

3. Goods

Physical materials or proprietary branded items sold through this site are subject to stock availability.

4. Payments and Fees

All fees are specified in the relevant engagement letter or sale confirmation. Payment is due as stated.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

Refunds and transfers depend on the type of offering:

• Legal Services: Refund is not available once work has commenced due to resource allocation and professional standards. However, a service transfer is permitted to another member of our team upon notice at least 7 days before the next scheduled milestone.
• Informational Products: If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Goods: Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Refunds or exchange for another item are available. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service engagement by contacting us via the contact form at least 3 business days prior to the appointment. Same-day changes may not be accommodated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notaviumaris liability is limited to direct fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
